Our Beef typically has a dressed weight ranging from 180kg to 210kg.

*Please note that after butchering and the natural shrinkage that occurs during the hanging process, the final packaged weight may be slightly lower. This is a necessary step in the preparation process that enhances the tenderness and flavour of the beef, ensuring the highest quality product for your table.

To secure your order, we require a deposit of $500. This ensures your product is reserved and allows us to prepare your premium-quality beef with care. The deposit will be deducted from your final balance after processing.

After processing, we’ll calculate the difference between the dressed weight of your order and your initial deposit. A detailed invoice outlining the remaining balance will be sent to your provided email address. This ensures transparency and accuracy in every transaction.

We recommend picking up your fresh Tweed Valley Pork from our trusted local butcher in Murwillumbah to ensure the highest quality and freshness (address provided upon order). 

However, if picking up isn’t convenient, we’re happy to arrange delivery (within reason) straight to your door for a fee. Whether you collect it yourself or opt for delivery, you can trust that your order will arrive in peak condition, ready for your table.
