The perfect size to fit the typical fridge/freezer with premium grass-fed Angus beef, raised on our family farm and prepared to your preferences. Each 1/4 pack is balanced to be made up of cuts from across the whole beast to ensure a consistent mix of premium and everyday cuts, better value, and a more enjoyable eating experience.
A Balanced 1/4 pack typically lasts a family of 4 around 3–5 months
Pricing
- Deposit of 150$ (paid at checkout) with the remaining balance payable before pickup or delivery.
- Total price for a 1/4 typically ranges from $1,000 - $1,200 depending on final weight (45-50kg of beef!)

We must match all quarters of the animal to ensure we minimise waste and maintain quality. Orders are typically ready within 1–4 weeks. So if you know someone that's also interested in a quarter it will expedite the process!

We aim for our 1/4 Beef packs to contain a dressed weight ranging from 45kg to 50kg.
*Please note that after butchering and the natural shrinkage that occurs during the hanging process, the final packaged weight may be slightly lower. This is a necessary step in the preparation process that enhances the tenderness and flavour of the beef, ensuring the highest quality product for your table.
