Our Beef typically has a dressed weight ranging from 90kg to 100kg.
*Please note that after butchering and the natural shrinkage that occurs during the hanging process, the final packaged weight may be slightly lower. This is a necessary step in the preparation process that enhances the tenderness and flavour of the beef, ensuring the highest quality product for your table.
